us. Step 1- Select your Room or Package Type
- On the left hand-side of the form is a drop down menu listing both the rooms & the packages that we offer. Simply select from this selection in the menu, the room type or package that you require.
- When you select your room/package it will automatically load the calendar for this room or package below and display its calendar to show the current availability.
- Select from the calendar or from the date boxes your holiday dates according to the day you will arrive and depart & the number of adults & children staying.
- If you require optional extras i.e. half board accommodation, please tick the corresponding box next to each listed service.
- Click continue.
- This page will display the total price in US$ for the room or package that you are intending to book. It will also display the deposit that you will be required to pay online in order to confirm your reservation.
- Click continue.
- You will prompted to fill in your name & address & credit card details to confirm your reservation.
- You will be requested to confirm that you agree to the terms & conditions of booking a hotel with us.
Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions printed below constitute Hotel Mocking Bird Hill’s contract with you for the sale of accommodation. Your booking made via this website is subject to the condition of you accepting these terms. If there are any parts of these terms which you do not accept then you must not proceed with this booking. By completing this booking you are acknowledging that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms. Payment
Payment for the requested reservation must be paid in full, on booking, by credit card via a secure payment system. Please note that whilst Hotel Mocking Bird Hill tries to specify accurate prices, they are subject to change, however the price will not be increased once your booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations and amendments made to booking
You have the right to cancel your booking with Hotel Mocking Bird Hill at any point, however cancellation charges will apply.
If you wish to amend your reservation then if we are able to make the requested change an amendment fee of US$ 65 per person named will be made to cover administration costs.
- More than 30 days 30% plus a transaction fee of US$ 65.00 per person
- 29-15 days prior to arrival 50% plus the transaction fee.
- As of 14 days 70% will be charged plus the transaction fee.
- As of 7 days, we will now be charging 90% cancellation fees plus the transaction fee.
- As of 3 days prior to arrival 100% .
- There are no refunds for no shows and early departures.
Force Majeure
'Force Majeure' means any circumstances which are unusual and/or unforeseeable which are beyond the control of Hotel Mocking Bird Hill, the consequence of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including (but not limited to) war or threat of war; riot; civil strife; hostilities; political unrest; government action; industrial dispute; natural or other disaster; nuclear incident; terrorist activity; weather conditions; closure of airports; fire; flood; drought; re-scheduling or cancellation of flights or alteration of the aircraft type by an airline and technical problems with transportation that are outside our control.
Compensation will not be payable and we will not otherwise be liable to you if either we or you are forced to cancel, delay or curtail or in any way change your reservation as a result of 'force majeure' as detailed above.
Governing Law
This contract is governed by Jamaican Law, and the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
