Recommended by the likes of Gourmet Magazine, Mille Fleurs is one of Jamaica's finest and romantic restaurants. Set within Port Antonio's Hotel Mockingbird Hill, Chef Melvin Laidlaw has created a locally sourced, organic range of Caribbean meets Continental dishes which even the most pampered palates will enjoy.
Daily Fusion Menus that Offer Choice
The restaurant's imaginative menus change daily according to what is in season & freshly available; a host of exotic flavours will surprise and seduce you, including some of the most creative vegetarian food in Jamaica.
Cassava Pasta is just one of the dishes we have created for those on gluten-free diets ensuring that none of our guests return home without embracing Jamaica's acclaimed fusion cuisine. For children, the chefs will happily cook for them individually after talking to them to find out their special tastes.
Sheltered Sky Dining
Dine on Mille Fleurs classic Caribbean sheltered terrace for breakfast or lunch and enjoy spectacular vistas of Port Antonio's harbour, Jamaica's forested Blue Mountains and the Caribbean Sea. For your sunset evening gourmet dinner, sit back and smell the tropical flowers! Our lush tropical gardens are a delight even at night, with Night Jasmin just one of your accompanients to romantic Jamaican dining. Savour the delight of a candlelit peaceful 'space', a world away from the large dining rooms of some of Jamaica's bigger resorts. Mille Fleurs Restaurant really is Jamaica's best restaurant in delivering a dining experience.
Starlit Nightcaps
For those that enjoy a nightcap sit back on the terrace or retire to the bar, tastefully furnished with white wicker and floral. Relax under starry skies while listening to chirping tree frogs and songs of cicadas or soft music for entertainment.
For a rum that is as smooth as Cognac we recommend Appleton 21. This 21 year old rum is a delicate rum with a fragrant bouquet of vanilla, orange peel, musk and cocoa. Once aired nutty and woody aromas created from the lengthy ageing in wooden casks are released.
For a truly Jamaican special drink that is also refreshing, we recommend a young Appleton rum with chilled coconut water and of course for those that prefer a little heat to help them on their way try our Rum Punch, a mix of fresh juices and Pimento Liqueur.
