Payment and cancellation arrangements:

A deposit of 40% of the total of the wedding package and the rooms must be paid on confirmation.

Balance 30% of the total of the wedding package and rooms to be paid 2 months prior to the event.

Balance 30% of the wedding package and rooms to be paid 1 month prior to the event.

50% deposit for beverages and menu one month prior to arrival. Balance upon arrival.

Any additional incidentals and beverages ordered will be settled upon departure. It must be clarified whether these are to be charged and paid directly by the individual guests or to be charged to one central account. The credit card will be swiped upon arrival to cover all balances and incidentals.

Airport transfer costs to be paid one month prior to the arrival dates.

Other sight seeing tours to be paid at the end of the stay to the hotel. It must be clarified whether a total bill is to be presented for transportation of all guests or are guests to be charged individually.  

Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. As a group booking all deposits for the rooms are non-refundable.

For the wedding package: Full forfeiture of wedding fee if cancelled less than a month (30 days) and less prior to scheduled wedding date. If cancelled prior to a month then an administrative fee of US$ 150.00 applies.

Reception/wedding lunch or dinner:
Cancellations received to 21 days prior to the function: US$ 150.00 administrative fee will apply.

Cancellations received from 20 to 14 days prior to the function: US$ 150.00 administrative fee and 30% of the food bill (Menu price x number of participants) will be forfeited.

Cancellations received 13 days and less prior to function: US$ 150.00 administrative fee and 60% of food bill will be forfeited.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include local taxes.
