Room categories: There are 2 types of rooms. The garden view rooms are comfortable, standard rooms which look into the garden. The superior rooms are on the upper level and offer views overlooking both the lush hillside and the sea in the background. Additional amenities and European style bathroom fittings enhance your comfort.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 30% deposit is required within 14 days of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. The hotel must receive the balance, paid in full, at least ten days prior to guest’s arrival. Traveller’s Cheques, Master/EuroCard, VISA and American Express are accepted.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. Deposits are refundable for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date less an administrative fee of US$ 65.00.

For cancellations received up to:

  • 14 days prior to arrival 30% of the total room cost will be retained.
  • 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room cost will be retained.
  • Within 3 days of arrival date 70% of the total room cost will be retained.

    • There are no refunds for cancellations received within 2 days of arrival date, for no shows or early departures.

    Christmas and New Years

    Minimum stay: 7 nights. Packages and special offers are not valid from 23 December - 06 January. Special terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for details.
