Arrival in Kingston, transfer to the historic plantation Green Castle Estate for 3-course dinner & overnight stay

Relax & visit the close-by Strawberry Fields Cove for the first dip in the Caribbean Sea | Lunch | Relax poolside and in the gardens | 3-course dinner Green Castle

Tour of Coconut Plantation and gift of 1 btl. virgin cold-pressed Coconut oil | Lunch | Visit Crum’s Cottage and learn the art of preserving & making traditional pepper jelly, marmalade and jams | Serving of traditional afternoon tea | 3-Course Dinner at Green Castle

Day 4
Breakfast, depart for Charles Town | Learn how Bammy is made and the origins of Jerk with the Maroons | Enjoy a traditional lunch picnic style on riverside | A cultural afternoon learning about Maroon history | Transfer to Mocking Bird Hill | 3-course dinner Mille Fleurs
