Mille Fleurs’ menus this week reflect that we’re fast approaching our earliest sunset here in Port Antonio at 5.30 pm, still later than those in Europe or the US and a balmy 84 F. At this time of year we like to to bring a light touch to all our dishes of local spice and pepper, scotch bonnet, tamarind and curry all particularly respected for their powerful antioxidants and feel good powers.
