For those that prefer something savoury in the mornings to kick start the day, we recommend trying a Jamaican breakfast of Ackee & Saltfish, delicious!  For vegetarians our Hotel Mockingbird Hill Jamaican fusion breakfast of scrambled egg, Calloo (Jamaican spinach), local goat feta cheese &  tomatoes is highly recommended, perfect for those on a low GI diet and you’ll appreciate why our restaurant Mille Fleurs won Jamaica’s Best Kept Secret this year!  Go completely Jamaican and try this with bitter Chocolate Tea.
