Frenchman's Cove lays 7 km from Port Antonio centre. A small cove a stream winds lazily down into its white sand beach that shelves steeply into the water. Guests here can enjoy the best of both worlds, fresh and sea water.

Surfing on Boston BeachBoston Beach Canoes & Fishing BoatsBoston Beach

Our overiding reason to stop at Boston is for the Boston Jerk, it has to be the best jerk in Port Antonio.

Most of the little beach has been all but washed away, but if you fancy surfing then this is the best beach in Eastern Jamaica.

Long Bay JamaicaLong Bay

This is a wonderful Jamaican beach for romantic walks, the undertow often rules out swimming here but it's great for bouncing about in the waves and some lazy sunbathing after your gentle walk.

Pellew IslandSan San Beach

This romantic beach was used as a setting for  Treasure Island.

Visitors can gain day use for US$ 8. It is open 10am to 4 pm daily. Offshore is a tiny islet: Pelew Island. Watch out for spiny sea urchins if you swim out to the island. Swimming to the island and enjoying it's pristine beauty may soon be a thing of the past if the owner's 'development'plans are allowed to go through. Help us to save one of Jamaica's treasures by signing our petition.

Winnifred Beach JamaicaWinnifred Beach

This secluded golden-sand crescent caters mostly to Jamaicans at weekends, this is one of Jamaica's last public beachs, but during the week this beach is often yours alone!

An offshore coral reef  provides good snorkelling.  The turnoff to the beach is opposite the Jamaica Crest Resort.
