On Mondays we  offer tasty, creative vegetarian options in keeping with the international Meatless Monday campaign, which we were the first to introduce to Jamaica.

We can also easily accommodate those with special dietary requirements; Cassava Pasta is just one of the dishes we have created for those on gluten-free diets. For children, the chefs will happily cook for them individually after talking to them to find out their special tastes.
