“Inventive Delicious & Very Special”
Our half board supplement is just $84 per day which includes the legendary full Mocking Bird Hill breakfast menu and a 3 course a la carte dinner in the evening at Mill Fleurs restaurant including 1 bottle of wine.
Even the most pampered of palates love the restaurant’s fusion of Caribbean and European cuisine, and why we are so regularly and enthusiastically praised on TripAdvisor and other travel guides. We can also easily accommodate those with special dietary requirements; Cassava Pasta is just one of the dishes we have created for those on gluten-free diets. For children, the chefs will happily cook for them individually after talking to them to find out their special tastes.
“With an ever-changing menu created by owners Shireen and Barbara, fabulous cooks in their own rights, a divine intervention takes place as each dish has in its birth the ‘clean’, ‘fresh’ and ‘healthy’ stamp but these ladies do not stop there…The care and effort of finding that special mix of particular ingredients, the choice of herbs and spices – all drizzled with that ‘je ne sais quoi’ of true spirit, Jamaican local cuisine fuses with time-honoured classics of the world, and a fantasy flight of aromas and tastes that dance on the palate as easily as the Maroon drums beat in the distance on dark tropical nights, takes place…every morsel belonging together as if in time immemorial.
If you’re smart, just catch the next flight to Hotel Mockingbird and tell me I lie! “
