For a truly Jamaican special drink that is also refreshing, we heartily extol the virtues of a young Appleton rum served with chilled coconut water, and of course for those that prefer a little heat to help them on their way try our Rum Punch, a mix of fresh juices and Pimento Liqueur.

Cocktails & Nightcaps

For those that enjoy a nightcap, sit back on the terrace or retire to the bar, tastefully furnished with white wicker and floral. Relax under starry skies while listening to chirping tree frogs and songs of cicadas, or soft music for entertainment.

For a rum that is as smooth as Cognac we recommend Appleton 21. This 21 year old rum is delicate with a fragrant bouquet of vanilla, orange peel, musk and cocoa. Once aired nutty and woody aromas created from the lengthy ageing in wooden casks are released.
