Whilst you focus on plucking up the courage, we will be busy setting the scene for the perfect proposal that is solitary, secluded and ever-so-romantic, under starry moonlit skies.
We will decorate the deck with votive candles, oil lamps, and resplendent tropical floral blooms, with a bottle of red or white wine served with a plate of canapés to help toast the newly engaged! A stunning orchid & anthurium floral arrangement will be ready to continue the theme on your dining table during this special night in the Mille Fleurs Restaurant.

Step Through the Door Romance on Arrival
For lovers who want to celebrate their romance on touchdown, we will decorate your room with 1 dozen orchids and votive candles. An album of handmade paper ingrained with flower petals and grasses will be there for you to inset your memories together in Jamaica and take home with you.
A choice of chilled white or sparkling white wine and delicious organic cheese platter will be ready with olives, sun-dried tomatoes & roasted peppers served with homemade breads & biscuits.
For the ultimate indulgence in finger food there will be a plate of our highly recommended ‘Flirtatious Fondue’, delicious dark Swiss chocolate covering a variety of local fruits.
